Man Sentenced For Shooting Wife During Sex

URBANA, Ohio -- A Champaign County man was sentenced Wednesday for a shooting that he called an accident.

Police said he wounded his wife while the two were having sex.

Timothy Havens, 38, was sentenced to 90 days in jail. Havens pleaded guilty to an assault charge and violating a protection order.

Carolyn Havens said her husband shot her when he pulled her gun out of its holster in November. She said the shooting was an accident.

In addition to the 90 days in jail, Havens must undergo anger management counseling and stay away from his wife.

Shouldn't it read "shot her when he pulled HIS 'gun' out of HER 'holster' "?!?!? What's wrong with that?
